You will be joining their multiple award-winning Early Careers team and play a key role in both the recruitment and development of their cohorts of Trainee Solicitors, vacation scheme participants and Solicitor Apprentices.

Some of the role responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with external assessors, designing and participating in assessment centres and conducting interviews.
  • Leading all aspects of the Early Careers branding, publicity, marketing and promotional materials
  • Leading and managing the welfare and development of Trainee Solicitors and Solicitor Apprentices.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs and developing effective strategies to determine resource plans to meet business requirements.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience managing an Early Careers team working in a similar role in the Legal profession.
  • Experience of improving processes and proven ability to implement change initiatives successfully.
  • A strong relationship partner with the ability to work collaboratively and offer proactive solutions.

This is a permanent position which offers hybrid working of 2-3 days in the office.
