Our client is a well-recognized international law firm with offices in key business and financial capitals in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Often ranked highly in legal directories, they offer a wide range of legal services including transactional, advisory and dispute resolution.

They are seeking to hire a seasoned Early Careers Manager to lead the management and development of trainee Solicitors and vacation scheme participants in London.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of marketing and candidate attraction, overseeing the recruitment assessment process, managing the welfare and development of all trainees and seat rotation. This role will also manage and develop an Early Careers Advisor and Early Careers Assistant.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in operating successfully at a manager level in an early careers focused role within the legal environment, with the ability to foster and develop relationships with internal and external clients.
