Senior e-Billing Controller

up to £60k

London (EC2N) with hybrid working

Your experience with e-Billing is highly sort after by our client, who are a global law firm, with a progressive outlook and a commitment to client satisfaction. They are seeking a Senior e-Billing Controller to join their team in London.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin of their e-Billing function, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will span from onboarding the firm to clients' e-Billing platforms to resolving any issues that arise along the way. Collaborating closely with global teams, you'll oversee the uploading of e-Bills, monitor their status, and provide essential support to Revenue Controllers and Managers.

Your expertise in revenue control, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' experience in web-based e-Billing systems, will be invaluable. Proficiency in LEDES files and IT skills, particularly in Excel and Elite 3E, will set you up for success. Moreover, your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
