Our client; a Specialist Insurer is looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Specialist to join their growing IT & Operations Function.

You will work within the Workplace Services function, focusing on desktop solutions, remote working environments as well as working closely with Infrastructure services partners across Microsoft workplace technologies & implementations.

You will be the bridge between internal stakeholders and partner MSPs, working within infrastructure frameworks, participating in troubleshooting performance & contractual problems as well as project management skills.

You will have experience with the following:
- Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive & Teams.
- Managing external partners with a record of building, developing & managing service delivery & support teams.
- Experience working with IT Vendors & MSPs

Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential for this role.
