Senior Digital Analyst - A/B Testing

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + bonus and 50% discount + £5k clothing allowance

Location: Central London - 2 days per week

We are currently exclusively working with a sustainable luxury brand who are looking to hire their first Digital Analyst to join the growing Digital team. My client is about to go through an redesign of the website so you will be partnering with the UX Designer to support on the testing and roll out.

My client already has Google Analytics in place but you will be the main person owning this platform to understand the customer's journey and provide recommendations. You will utilise GA4 insights to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing user journeys and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

In this role you will need to be able to develop a roadmap for Conversion Rate Optimastion (CRO, A/B testing), from ideation, implementation to measurement and analysis. With the results generated you will present key successes to the wider business and champion the test and learn culture.

This a really exciting opportunity to be visible and collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer of a highly influential brand, who are looking to have an emissive almost VR website.

You will need:

  • To be an expert in Google Analytics especially GA4, hopefully be familiar with Google Tag Manager too!
  • A whizz in A/B testing tools such as AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield or WVO.
  • Experience providing the so what being insights and confident presenting back to senior stakeholders.
