The Role

A unique and exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior / Lead Software Developer (C#, 3D) with strong programming and 3D experience to join a rapidly growing specialised development house based in Nottingham easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby and Leicestershire. They are looking for local candidates that are able to travel into the office 2 days per week. As a Senior / Lead Software Developer (C#, 3D) you will be responsible for a wide range of innovative projects from development of their innovative cloud-based software solutions which are used across the world. In this role, you will spend 70% of your time leading a small team, working with Business Analysts on tickets / requirements and their Solutions Architect on how to implement the software. 30% of your time will be spent on coding.

Their applications are utilised by global clients so you will play an integral role in contributing to the growth of the business and with it being a collaborative team; you'll have the ability to suggest new technologies and drive forward their technical direction. You will need to be self motivated and enjoy complex problem solving. You will be working closely with other senior developers so will have the opportunity to voice your creativity as well as learn and grow with the very latest technology.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of developing 3D software applications / experience within the Gaming Industry
• Strong programming background ideally in C# / .Net or C++
