Location: East Yorkshire (hybrid working available)

Remuneration: £60,000neg + up to 12.5% bonus

Benefits: 10% pension, 3x life assurance, 25 days annual leave

The role of the Senior Design Manager - Modular Buildings will involve:

• Senior Design Manager position dealing with a high end range of permanent modular buildings
• Co-ordinating all design matters between the key project stakeholders (Client, Design Team, third party specialist designers, Contractor and Developer)
• Ensure that workloads are prioritised in line with project programmes and deadlines
• Providing technical documentation to support tenders / quotations and design related queries where required
• Liaise regularly with Sales & Pre-Construction Teams
• Ensuring that drawings are completed to the highest levels, to standards and client specifications
• Identify areas of the design process that can be improved to increase accuracy and efficiency

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Design Manager - Modular Buildings with:

• Must have 5+ years Revit Design experience within the construction industry
• Experience within the modular building, main contractor, house builder or developer market sectors would be highly advantageous
• Ideally will be degree level educated (BSc Architecture and/or Engineering or similar)
• Strong communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
• Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
