**About Us:**

With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented Senior Design Engineer to lead our Design Engineering team and drive excellence in product design, development, and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design and development of our product range, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Manage and develop the existing team of up to 10 employees including Design Engineers, Technicians and Apprentices
  • Manage multiple engineering projects from concept to production, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, tests, and quality assurance measures to validate product performance, durability, and safety.
  • Drive innovation initiatives, incorporating new materials, technologies, and sustainable design principles into product offerings.
  • Provide technical support and training guides to internal teams and external stakeholders on product specifications, installation guidelines, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to our industry

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent
  • Proven experience in design engineering, product development, and project management
  • New product development including new trends, legislation, building regulation and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
