THE COMPANY

The business is a fast-rising wealth management start-up created with the purpose of making investing easy and accessible to all. Stocks, ISAs, Trading and more this business cover all types of investments - cutting the complexity of investing and making it easy for all, whether starting your investing journey or an experienced investor.

And they are currently working on continuously improving the customer journey experience and building future wealth for their consumers. As part of this process, they are looking to invest heavily in the analytics space and enhance their analytics capabilities.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping deliver a data driven omni-channel communication strategy, delivering systemic comms sent to right customers, with right reasoning at the right time to increase conversion and results
  • Building triggers based on indicators of customer need
  • Utilising data science capabilities to predict likelihood to convert
  • Creating insight to inform messaging and customer segmentation
  • Measuring incremental impact of customer communications
  • Liaising with senior level stakeholders across the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in SQL and Python or R
  • Expertise in customer analytics (segmentation, customer lifetime value, A/B testing and predictive work)
  • Strong stakeholder management
