Senior CRM Strategist

£65,000 - £75,000

London based 2 days per week

A leading online platform are looking for a CRM Data Strategist to join their growing CRM team. They already have 10 people in the team across multiple locations, and are now looking for someone to drive their CRM Data strategy, manage 2 direct reports and create immersive journeys across all their communication channels.

The CRM Strategist will play a crucial role in maintaining oversight across their CRM work, constantly experimenting, building, and optimising programmes to ensure they deliver exceptional experiences.

The business have implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud, however if you have used other tools that is fine.

Responsibilities

·Lead CRM data strategy, leveraging insights to supercharge their CRM programs

·Drive CRM strategy, designing immersive journeys across all their communication channels.

·Deliver best in class CRM programmes and journeys that put the customers at the centre

·Work with the data team to deliver impactful and actionable insights to recommend new ideas to drive personalisation

·Measure success of the CRM progamme and report back to senior stakeholders as the company moves forward in their journey

·Manage 2 direct reports and be responsible for their growth

Experience

·Experience managing data driven CRM campaigns

·Comfortable working with analysts and with large data sets

·CRM experience either in house or client side

·5+ years in a data driven CRM environment

·Ideally educated to degree level

·Experience managing a team
