Senior CRM & Retention Manager
  • One of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK (Sunday Times Top 100 official)
  • North London (3/4 days a week in the office)
  • Salary £55k - £70k (dependent upon experience)

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK (about to be announced in the Sunday Times top 100 list). The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective. The business is almost entirely self-funded so they’re in a very strong financial position.

They’re now looking to hire a Senior CRM & Retention Manager to come in and spearhead the Email & SMS communication strategies. The business is subscription first so customer loyalty and maximising lifetime value (LTV) is clearly hugely important for them.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
  • You need to have at least 4 years CRM, Retention & Email Marketing experience, ideally for a subscription D2C brand.
  • Proven CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing & SMS experience is essential for this role.
  • Proven copywriting experience is critical for this role.
  • Extremely strong experience using Klaviyo would be beneficial.
  • A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in B2C Marketing.
  • Experience managing people would be great, as this role is likely to evolve into a leadership/managerial role over time.

In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you:
  • Competitive basic salary (£55k - £70k, depending upon experience)
  • Performance related bonus
  • Competitive Equity scheme
  • Hybrid/Remote working policy
  • Pension
  • Bonus scheme

People are at the heart of everything we do. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process that means people can be their best authentic self.

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us so you don’t miss them.
