?? Your Role: As a vital member of the CRM team, you'll:

  • �? Support the Head of CRM in implementing the strategic vision.
  • �? Lead creative campaigns across various channels like email, SMS, and web push, ensuring voice resonates with the chic, modern shopper.
  • �? Collaborate with Graphic Designers to transform ideas into stunning visuals that captivate and convert.
  • ?? Coordinate with Marketing and Merchandising to ensure all communications are not just on-brand but are the gold standard for relevancy and timeliness.
  • ?? Drive innovation in the CRM efforts through A/B testing, detailed data analysis, and actionable insights.
  • ??? Develop and refine cutting-edge customer segmentation and optimise all automated communication.
  • ?? Provide crucial feedback on campaign performances, pushing boundaries to elevate the brand.
  • ?? Introduce groundbreaking ideas and partnerships to enhance our market position.

  • �? Proven experience in CRM, with stellar copywriting skills.
  • ?? Commercial Ecommerce experience
  • ?? A powerhouse of creativity and strategic thinking.
  • ?? Exceptional ability to forge and nurture cross-departmental relationships.
  • ?? Top-tier organizational prowess and a keen commercial acumen.
