A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our Marketing team with a long standing media organisation in London.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the CRM Exec will play a key role in assisting and sometimes delivering the end to end Customer Strategy and targeted Customer Marketing Campaigns, including management and send of all Emails for their Loyalty and Newsletter databases. This role requires a high level of collaboration with the broader Marketing and Ecommerce teams to help deliver the wider Group Marketing Strategy for the business.
As CRM Exec, you will have an opportunity to work on exciting CRM and Digital Marketing projects, and be a key member of the CRM Marketing team, ultimately helping the business to push forward with the evolution of their CRM Marketing Strategies, Tailored Customer Communications and customer acquisition.
Skills and Experience needed.
- Shaping and building all aspects of the company's CRM strategy
- Utalising data within the customer database to gain insights that can be applied to drive the business, and analysing data to seek out new opportunities to target loyal customers with relevant, inspiring content
- Using the Customer Strategy in order to drive both retention and acquisition and to improve customer data capture and Customer Lifetime Value
- Producing weekly reports for internal Senior Leadership Team Weekly Meetings, and monthly reports
- Responsibility for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s Email Marketing Strategy to drive sales
- Braze experience would be a benefit, but other CRM platform experience accepted
