Description

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the credit control department ensuring efficient operations
• Manage customer credit files and perform credit checks
• Drive the collection of outstanding payments
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance department to reconcile accounts
• Prepare credit control reports for senior management
• Train and mentor junior credit control staff
• Handle escalated customer queries and disputes
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
