Senior Credit Controller

We are looking for a motivated Credit Controller, to join our client’s Wholesale team based in the Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Credit Controller in the collection of customer invoices and debt management, using effective communication and specialist knowledge. An understanding of customer terms and how to apply them to accounts is essential. The ideal Credit Controller must:

• Have a proven track record of Credit Control and debt chasing
• Have a proactive and friendly working style
• Demonstrate a level of numeracy
• Be accurate and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Have the ability to stay composed when under pressure
• Have the capacity to remain calm and respectful when dealing with difficult customers
• Be flexible in the working day and available outside of normal working hours
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
