NXTGEN are pleased to working with a dynamic and growing business based south of Norwich who are seeking a Senior Credit controller on a 18month Fixed Term Contract. As a Senior Credit Controller you will assist in the day-to-day management and update for the collection of cash and providing analysis on on credit reports. You'll also be involved with all general duties from telephone calls and emails to customers, cash postings, chasing monthly accounts and credit checks. Our client prides themselves on excellent customer service, so as Credit Controller you will be expected to build great relationships with customers to maintain the brilliant reputation of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Managing client accounts, updating system, reviewing credit limits and payment terms
  • Sales invoicing
  • Cash receipts posting
  • Daily aged debt chasing by email and telephone
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Raising credit notes
  • Weekly aged debt report
  • Cash collection forecasting
  • Credit note analysis
