Our client, a distinguished and diversified entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a proficient Senior Counsel to advise on corporate commercial matters. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to advance your career within one of the region's most respected organisations, which also holds a significant presence within the global market.

The ideal candidate will possess a substantial track record as a corporate commercial lawyer, having developed their knowledge of handling downstream corporate commercial matters, with experience in commercial contracts being particularly interesting.

Candidates will ideally have a minimum of five years of experience gained preferably from multinational corporations in house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. Experience sitting as a corporate secretary on the board of a multinational company would be very appealing but not essential.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package

While prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region is not obligatory, it would be highly regarded.

Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
