TSR Legal have an exceptional opportunity for a talented Solicitor working in Contentious Probate. We are working with a highly regarded law firm located in the beautiful city of Oxford, renowned for its commitment to legal excellence and outstanding client service. They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Contentious Probate to manage their distinguished department working alongside the lead partner.

The Role:

As the Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor, your role will encompass:

• Managing the contentious probate department alongside the partner, driving excellence in legal service delivery.
• Managing a broad spectrum of complex contentious probate cases, including will disputes, estate administration disputes, and trust disputes.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, enhancing the firm’s reputation and business growth.
• Networking and CRM efforts for the department.
• supervising and guiding a small team of junior solicitors and support staff.

About you

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contentious probate.
• Proven expertise in handling intricate contentious probate cases.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a natural flair for client interaction.
• Client-centric approach.
