This prestigious law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contentious Construction Associate to join their dynamic team based in London.

With a reputation for handling complex disputes in the construction industry, the firm offer a collaborative environment where you can further develop your career and make a significant impact!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage contentious construction matters, including disputes, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on construction-related disputes, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
  • Mentor Junior Associates and provide guidance on legal matters as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE in contentious construction law.
  • Extensive experience handling construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, industry standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

*Salary is dependant on experience
