THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a boutique consultancy that offer strategic insights, creatively delivered. They have a diverse clientele base made up some of the biggest brands across Consumer, B2B and the public sector. They use a range of methodologies and projects could range from using semiotics to inform survey design or utilising idi's to shape sampling. They are keen to find someone to join their quant advanced analytics team using quant statistical methods such as conjoint, maxdiff or regression to inform strategic decisions.
THE ROLE
You will:
- You will manage a range of research projects end - end using a range of quantitative methodologies
- You will lead smaller client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout.
- You will be involved in the analysis using methods like conjoint, regression or Maxdiff
- You will be encouraged to contribute to their collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
- Occasionally supporting on qualitative projects
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research
- Excellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic - with clients and co-workers.
- Brand tracking and brand communications experience
- Data analysis experience using Q
- Some experience with statistical analysis methods
- Ideally full service research project management experience
- Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clients
