Partner led consultancy in their search for a Senior Consultant to join their post transactions team in London or Hampshire

Oliver James are pleased to be supporting a leading partner led consultancy in their search for a Senior Consultant to join their post transactions team in London or Hampshire.

Within this role you will support the PRT team and work with existing clients and advisers to assist schemes as they navigate the move from completing a buy-in transaction to buy-out and ultimate wind-up. You'll build relationships with your clients, their advisers and insurers to ensure a smooth and successful transition, project managing the process to ensure it progresses in a timely fashion and find pragmatic solutions to any issues that arise.

Role requirements:

  • Proven experience of insurer post transaction processes and wider aspects of pension scheme wind-ups
  • Excellent UK pensions technical knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements around wind-ups
  • Demonstrable experience in a pensions consulting environment or with a bulk annuity provider
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project plans
