Senior Conduct Risk Officer

Another sought after role within the Insurance Market with a competitive salary and package you will be working with the Oversight Management team responsible for a number of duties but the overall view of the role will include reviewing and completing fair value assessments to include on- boarding and annual product reviews as well as assisting the team with regulatory reporting and committee packs, handling complaints and ensuring that conduct risk and complaint handling are all in line and compliant with FCA, PRA and Lloyd’s requirements. Attending participating and presenting meetings / to committees externally and internally. Liaising with Coverholders, Brokers and Underwriters you will conduct due diligence to raise awareness of conduct expectations for new and existing products. Ideally you would have worked in a similar role from an Insurance or financial services company and have great experience of Conduct Risk and Complaint handling. Good knowledge and experience of the FCA handbook and exposure to wider international regulations- You will have great communication skills, analytical with ahigh attention to detail as you will be expected to analyse trends within data - Work well under pressure whilst remaining - A Knowledge of insurance operations, including claims/underwriting would be a distinct advantage.
