Job Title: Senior Community Nurse - RNLD - Complex Care
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + mileage & bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Location: Remote with travel across parts Sussex and Surrey

Compass Associates is proud to be partnering with a growing Complex Care organisation who is committed to providing specialist mental health and learning disability complex care in peoples homes. Their mission is to meet every client's unique requirements with precision and compassion.

As the Senior Community Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing a very small number of clients with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include assessments of new clients, recruitment of care staff, client liaison, care planning, and risk assessments. You will be a vital part in assisting the organisation maintain their reputation as a provider of exceptional care to high-risk clients.

Essential Criteria:
- Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Active UK NMC Registration
- Driver's license and access to own vehicle
-Community care experience
- Mental health experience
- Proficiency in managing competencies, patient assessments, care planning, and risk assessments

Location:
- This position is predominantly remote / working from home.
- There will times where you will be required to visit a new or existing clients. The caseload size - will rise to 5 Clients over the next year.
- Typical locations to travel across are Sussex and Guildford.

Interview Process:
- 1st Stage: MS Team interview with the Director of Nursing and COO
- 2nd Stage: Face to Face interview with 3 members of the SMT
