This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a creative team who specialise in Employee Communications working for FTSE 100 / 250 and SME businesses across the country. As the Senior Communications Consultant you will support existing clients and develop relationships with new prospects to create engaging and imaginative employee benefits communications campaigns, whilst also managing a high calibre team of communication specialists.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Communications Consultant role:

• Manage relationships with new and existing clients to ensure employee benefits communications (pensions, pay reviews, bonuses, healthcare etc) are communicated in an engaging fashion.
• As the Senior Communications Consultant you will manage a small team of Communication consultants ensuring workflow and timelines of campaigns are on track.
• You will also play a key role in the development if ongoing business strategy and new service offerings working with colleagues to roll-out new services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous and demonstrable communications experience.
• Previous pension and benefits communications experience either with a consultancy or in a large financial services provider.
• People management experience with the ability to coach and develop the talent at your disposal.
