The firm are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their commercial litigation team basd in London.

The commercial litigation team comprises skilled professionals covering a wide range of litigation and arbitration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client communication and liaison
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution
  • Business development activities
  • Supporting team members as required
  • Potential secondment opportunities.

Essential:

  • Genuine interest in commercial litigation
  • Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and legal processes
  • Experience in commercial disputes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Adherence to ethical standards and firm values.
