Position Title: Senior CNC Machining Supervisor

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Job Type: Full-time -Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year

Our client is looking for a proficient CNC Machining Supervisor with a strong leadership ethos to steer their machining operations towards continued success. Responsibilities:

- Oversee a team of CNC machining experts, offering direction and assistance as needed.

- Engage in programming, setup, and operation of CNC machinery to fabricate intricate components.

- Ensure adherence to stringent quality and safety protocols for all machined parts.

- Provide coaching and guidance to machinists, introducing them to novel methodologies and optimal practices.

Requirements:

- Extensively versed in CNC machining.

- Demonstrates proficiency in advanced CNC programming and operational techniques.

- Exhibits mastery of quality control and inspection methodologies.

- Displays strong leadership acumen, adept in team management.

- Possesses exceptional communication skills alongside adept organisational capabilities.
