A leading international Hotel Brand headquartered in Central London have a 90% remote working opportunity for an experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to look after a portfolio of 3 Large Hotels.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager you will be responsible for

• Producing day by day monthly rooms forecast within a tolerance level of 3-5% accuracy on a weekly basis for review at local and group level.
• Overseeing detailed M&E forecasts on a weekly basis for review at local and group level.
• Producing detailed daily budget plan on an annual basis for 365 days.
• Consistently review hotels daily pricing in respect of direct competitors` / pace of demand and other influencing factors.
• Ensure hotel maintains and grows RGI % change at a level above that seen within the local competitor set.
• Develop Implement and Execute strategic action plans to drive hotel revenue performance in conjunction with the senior management team.
• Work to drive incremental revenue across all streams.
