Would you like the opportunity to join a highly reputable and firmly established accountancy practice in the town of Telford, which is surrounded by the Shropshire hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty, as a Senior Client Manager?

The role offers Hybrid working and there are excellent career prospects and opportunities to move forward within this practice.

You will be working with a friendly team who like to encourage a work hard, play hard atmosphere with plenty of social activities to promote team unity.

Duties:

Managing portfolio of clients:

  • Reviewing accounts and tax returns
  • Answering day to day questions from clients
  • Acting as the main point of for clients
  • Meeting with clients and growing strong relationships with them.
  • Supporting clients with accountancy & business advice
  • Upselling services to clients

Managing the team:

  • Training and mentoring Accounts Seniors and Bookkeepers
  • Recruiting new staff as needed
  • Working alongside the Office Manager

Assistance with expansion of the office:

  • Growing client portfolio organically
  • Building professional connections
  • Improving brand awareness of the Firm
  • Onboarding new clients

The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 5 years of experience gained in Practice.

Salary guide is up to £50,000 pa DOE and as a reminder Hybrid working is available.
