Senior Claims Technician

Your new company
Our client, a rapidly growing Lloyd's Insurance Broker, is looking for a Senior Casualty and Specialty Claims Technician to join their organisation. They are one of the fastest growing companies within their industry, and they are now looking for a Senior Claims Technician to hit the ground running in their new role.

Your new role
In your new role you will be expected to provide Claims support in the broking of Casualty and Specialty Insurance Claims, process claims bordereau, update claims movement and non-cash collection information on to the ECF system, maintain and update relevant Claims information and advise the Head of Claims of overdue account collections and/or claim concerns or issues.

You will also need to be capable of working alongside the Finance and Operations teams to ensure prompt payment of claim bordereau and cash calls and keep Clients advised of anticipated and actual settlement timelines.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need previous Lloyds Claims processing experience of Casualty Claims with previous Specialty Claims experience of Marine and Financial Lines Claims being preferred. You will need to be competent in ECF/CLASS, Power BI and DMS and you must be a great team player willing to help out members of your team when required, and you will need to be a very competent communicator when liaising with clients or delivering timely updates to various stakeholders.
