Senior Civil Design Engineer

Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Civil Engineer to join an independent Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

The selected candidate will have the flexibility to attend the Guildford office 3 days per week to complete Drainage and Road designs across a range of projects!

Our client is growing their Guildford office so are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to be a key member of the team, sharing expertise and ensuring the delivery of outputs meet client's briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of projects of all sizes
• Ensure designs for projects align with relevant design standards and codes
• Support and contribute to the development of team members
• Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services
• Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures
• Maintain and develop positive client relations

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience working as a Civil Engineer
• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience completing Drainage and Road designs
• Experience with current UK design standards and working practices
• Prior leadership experience
• A chartered Engineer status or working towards
• Strong experience using Civil3D, Info Drainage and/or Causeway Flow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
