Key Responsibilities and about the person
* Take responsibility for running your own section of the kitchen
* Preparing and serving innovative Scottish Fayre to the highest of standards, menus will be seasonally lead
* Prepare daily specials menu
* You will lead a dynamic team
* Must be able to stay focused and work under pressure
* Assist with menu planning, inventory and management of stock
* Ensure adequate stock rotation
* Brief staff daily

Skills and qualifications
* Passionate about providing fantastic food
* Experience working in a busy environment and working with fresh produce
* Ambitious, hard working and calm under pressure
* You must have the skills to produce quality plates in both taste and design
* H&S, COSHH, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent food hygiene certification
