Job Profile for Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor - LF269159
Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice offering Architectural, Building Surveying and Interior Design Services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. They are looking for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis to work across all sectors including education, health, heritage, commercial/industrial and hotel/sport/leisure.
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview
- Undertaking building condition surveys
- Quinquennial inspections
- Report writing
- Preparation of schedules of repairs
- Planning/listed building/building regulation applications/tender packages
- Attending meetings, working with clients, consultants, statutory bodies and local authorities and advising on technical issues.
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS qualified or close
- Previous work experience essential with an excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety related matters.
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £45k - £55k (Guide only - DOE)
- Fully supported professional development programme and a CSCS card
- Flexible working
- Contributory pension.
- Hours: 37.5hrs per week
