A large Construction Consultancy with a great industry reputation are hiring a well-qualified CDM Consultant / Principal Designer. This Hybrid, client facing role will allow flexibility whilst managing your own portfolio. There are some minor CDM / Principal Designer line management responsibilities, so this role provides an excellent chance for those looking to further their career development.

Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer

The Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer will have a technical degree within either Architecture or Engineering. This will allow them to manage their diverse portfolio of roughly 10 projects per rotation, across low to high-value projects.

Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer Requirements

  • Degree within either Architecture or Engineering
  • NEBOSH National Certificate
  • Tech IOSHH Membership (Chartered Membership ideal)
  • APS Membership (preferable)
