It is a hybrid role that can offer the flexibility to work part time from our London office and part time from home.

What the day will look like

We are looking for candidates to join our team and enhance our General Insurance Tyche Capital Model (‘TCM’). As a key member of our team you will play a vital role in meeting the expectations of our clients through leading and managing teams and sub-teams who are delivering high quality cutting-edge solutions and projects. Day to day activities will include:

• Supporting the sales process through proof of concept exercises and trials for Tyche and TCM
• Managing and overseeing development work by liaising with clients to gather business requirements
• Performing technical leadership roles on implementation projects working directly with clients and with the Tyche Delivery team
• Working in a multi-disciplinary team to design, implement, and review capital modelling needs for insurers
• Supporting and training users of our systems

Our consulting team provides a full breadth of actuarial services with a focus on Tyche implementations and developing solutions in Tyche. We have a strong team of exceptional developers and our IT team offer fully hosted solutions

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Technical knowledge of capital modelling techniques (4+ years’ experience)
• Experience developing modelling solutions (capital modelling software knowledge is desirable)
• Experience leading and managing development projects, clients and/or teams
• A strong, self-motivated team player that works collaboratively
• Strong communicator and good at building relationships. (European language skills are also desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills to effectively prioritise and execute tasks
• Self-starter who is adaptable in times of change and comfortable with uncertainty
