Central Employment are working exclusively with a multi award-winning, international Digital Performance Consultancy, as they look to appoint a Senior Business Development.
The role would operate on a hybrid/flexible working pattern, based from the North East or North West.
Senior Business Development Manager role profile:
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for working on new business to business sales, prospecting, building pipelines, presenting and pitching to business customers across the UK and potential Europe to grow additional Partnership Marketing revenue. Reporting into the Associate Director of Partnership Marketing, working closely with other dedicated Business Development Managers across the organisation.
In the Senior Business Development Manager role you will:
- Proactively and methodically grow out your own pipeline
- Build relationships with potential new clients
- Create and execute new business plans to achieve sales targets
- Drive buying decisions from prospects
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Understand the market trends and innovations that can benefit brands
- Immerse yourself in the industry on social platforms
- Starting conversations and opening doors to business growth
- Deliver unignorable presentations and pitches
- Manage your sales target including your pipeline, forecasting and reporting on these opportunities
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
What we would be looking at from you:
- Experience in a digital or technology related industry and a proven track record of selling to retail clients spanning a variety of industries.
- Circa 3-5 years within a high value B2B consultative role
- A track record of selling directly to CEO and Director level roles
- A proven track record in consultative selling with sales cycles of 3-6 months
