Senior Business Analyst 

On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented Senior Business Analyst.



The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an open, collaborative environment
  • Bring people from around the business together to gather the requirements/user stories and create the right technical solutions
  • Investigate problems, analyse, and recommend solution options that align with the business vision
  • Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and Delivery team to develop and detail the product backlog in the form of Epics, Features and Stories
  • Own, plan and manage initiatives where required


The Business Analyst will have/be:

  • Proven experience in performing the Business Analyst role in an agile environment alongside UX designers, Product Owners, Engineers, and QAs
  • The ability to understand and interpret business information, no matter how vague the initial view looks
  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders, from operational users and senior executives to 3rd party suppliers
  • A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
