Senior Business Analyst - Bristol (Hybrid remote) - Education Provider

£65,000 / Hybrid Work / Clear cut progression plan from day one / Training and development budget

A longstanding client of Oscar's is looking to expand their well-established Product team with an additional Business Analyst. This is an opportunity for someone with experience on processes improvements and awareness in SDLC. You'll be reporting to the Lead Business Analyst and you'll be given the opportunity to be highly autonomous as well as having the support from your manager and the wider team.

Ideally, you will have at least 4 years' experience working with key stakeholders and you'd be passionate about business solutions which lead to increasing efficiency and/or cost savings and having experience working in the educational sector is a bonus.

What you will need:

• At least 4 years as a Business Analyst.
• Solid communication (both written and verbal).
• Experience working with different stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Collaborative attributes and willingness to learn.
• Agile or Waterfall experience.
• Highly experienced in JIRA and Visio

The office is based in Bristol with the requirement to attend the office 1 day a week.
