A forward-thinking consultancy firm based in Kent is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join and strengthen their Building Surveying team.

The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will undertake a variety of responsibilities, which encompass the management of contracts, tackling dilapidations, handling party wall matters, and performing acquisition surveys.

Furthermore, an essential part of the position includes mentoring and fostering the growth of junior colleagues within the Building Surveying sector.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

  • MRICS qualified ideally.
  • 2+ years of PQE.
  • RICS degree educated.
  • Client focused and commericially minded.
  • Collaborative approach and good teamwork.
  • Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
