Senior Building Surveyor

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for a Property consultancy in Matlock.

The business works with a range of clients on a wide range of projects in the public and private sectors, from office buildings to schools to fire stations.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of building construction
• Degree in Building Surveying or relevant experience
• Full UK Driving License
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Surveying
• Understanding of planning legislation and health & safety
• Chartership preferable
