Senior Building Surveyor
An independent multi-disciplinary private practice are actively seeking a driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
This exciting role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to work predominantly within the insurance sector, with a focus on the residential market, collaborating closely with local authorities and housing associations.
Additionally, the role provides the chance to engage with commercial projects, initially partnering with clients in the education sector.
This position is ideal for either a Building Surveyor, recently qualified with MRICS, who's ready to step into a Senior position with an interest in exploring a new market, or an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge/focus.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- Strong contract administration experience is ideal
- MRICS qualified
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Previous insurance or residential experience is beneficial
