A comprehensive Building Surveying firm is on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to enhance an experienced team located in Reading.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in overseeing client management, contract administration, and practice duties, ensuring all buildings adhere to contemporary building regulations and technical standards.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be expected to showcase your ability to effectively manage team members, oversee the allocation and organisation of project work, and provide necessary support on projects as required.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

  • MRICS qualified
  • Relevant degree qualified (RICS approved)
  • Experience in dilapidations
  • Extensive survey experience would be an advantage
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience in working on large scale projects
  • Commercial mind
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
