Senior Building Surveyor

Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Ealing who have openings on both their Public Sector Regeneration and Building Surveying teams. The day-to-day work of the successful Building Surveyor would include managing instructions and projects, collating and writing reports and producing tender documents including specifications, preambles and preliminaries using NBS or similar packages. As well as this, the successful Building Surveyor would be required to manage client projects and look for opportunities for new client development, attend sites as well as internal and external client facing meetings, and produce management reports and be able to communicate progress and forecasts to the client team, including all pre and post contract management duties.

• Salary package: Up to £65k DOE (open to discussion)

Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is essential
• Minimum of 4 years' experience post degree
• Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential)
• Based within commuting distance of Ealing
• Must be looking for a long-term role
