A progressive practice situated in Kent is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying division.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to, the administration of contracts, addressing dilapidation matters, managing party wall issues, and conducting acquisition surveys.

Additionally, a key aspect of this role involves contributing to the professional development of junior team members within the Building Surveying department.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

  • MRICS qualified ideally.
  • 2+ years of PQE.
  • RICS degree educated.
  • Client focused and commericially minded.
  • Collaborative approach and good teamwork.
  • Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
