Senior Building Surveyor – Contract Administration / Dilapidations

Salary up to £60,000

A Chartered Building Surveyor position has arisen in Guildford. The firm maintain their employee well-being through flexible and home working opportunities. The successful candidate will be a commercially focused Contract Administration and Dilapidations expert. You will ideally be an MRICS Building Surveyor with at 2-3 yrs PQE though there is some flexibility for the right person.

The Guildford office allows you to avoid the hectic commute in to London whether you live locally or want to go to work against the flow of traffic.

However, you don’t need to sacrifice an interesting project portfolio as the company’s Guildford and London office work hand in hand on the same projects across London and the South East. This means you will benefit from working with some of the most reputable clients in the UK, which include the largest property investor and developer in the country.  Recently the firm worked on a 7 floor, Grade II listed building as they changed it in to a unique commercial office space.
