One of the UK’s leading Loss Adjusters are now looking to strengthen their Commercial Property Desktop team and are looking for an experienced Bordereaux Claims Administrator where you will allocate, monitor, handle and authorise claims as well as managing claims through to settlement including payment management and MI reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create, check and manage the TPA bordereaux MI and provide reconciliation of payments, incoming fund in line with SLA’s
  • Validate payments.
  • Produce MI for clients
  • Identify and resolve any data inaccuracies.
  • Ensure money laundering documentation matches payment requests
  • Liaise with Adjusters
  • Monitor funds requesting top-up funds when low
  • Review, check and validate month end bank statements
  • Manage workloads within the team to ensure workload is distributed evenly.

About you:

  • Experience in producing Lloyd's MI and fund management information.
  • Good IT skills and experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables and formula creation.
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer and quality focused, providing exceptions service levels
  • Team and target focused
  • Claims Handling experience - advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits:
