Senior Billing Coordinator

£27,000 - £32,000

Colchester - Hybrid working - 3 office / 2 WFH (after initial training)

35 hour week. Free onsite car park

My client is looking for an experienced Billing Clerk who is a strong communicator to join our busy Finance Department within the Accounts Receivable Billing Team.

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely recording of contracts against resident, local authority and NHS customer accounts
  • Raising of complex invoices and credit notes
  • Identifying process improvement and assisting with implementing changes to drive efficiencies

Requirements

  • Strong experience with sales order entry and sales order billing
  • You need to have a good eye for detail with the ability to stop errors
  • Working closely with the rest of the AR teams and Credit control
  • Strong confident communicator
  • The ability to build & maintain relationships internally and externally
  • To achieve the top end of the salary candidates would need to have billing experience within the Care industry.
  • My client is looking for someone who is solutions orientated and will be able to work with the Head of Transactional Finance to drive changes to improve efficiencies in the department.
