  • Experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Skilled in setting up accounts, tracking, and creating insightful reports.
  • Expertise in extracting actionable insights from paid digital campaigns.
  • Compelling verbal and written communicator, adept at client interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office apps, using Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for report creation.

  • Drive and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for diverse clients.
  • Support on media budgets exceeding £1m monthly.
  • Craft compelling paid digital strategies, leveraging research and industry tools.
  • Identify growth opportunities and present to clients alongside colleagues.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead daily campaign monitoring and optimisation.
  • Contribute to new business development and deliver insightful client reports.
