Senior BD & Marketing Executive - Legal

They're a small, collaborative firm with a strong focus on innovation & ambitious growth plans in place. You'll be joining a close-knit BD & Marketing that is well-regarded internally & gives people the opportunity for more responsibility & development.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the wider BD team & fee-earners to deliver on practice & sector BD plans & play a key role in central marketing projects.

Whilst no day will be the same, your role will involve coming up with new ideas to help fee-earners win business for the firm, identify new business opportunities, & suggest where the firm can capitalise on existing client relationships. You'll help execute exciting client events, deliver an engaging schedule of thought leadership content, work on multichannel marketing campaigns, & work on business-winning pitches.

This Senior Business Development Executive role is a permanent, full-time position based in Central London with hybrid working options available (2/3 split).

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a BD role within the legal, accountancy, or management consultancy sectors is essential
• Demonstrate confident communication skills & ability to work with & manage key stakeholders in a partnership environment
• Excellent written ability with a high attention to detail
• Be a proactive, initiative-taking individual who likes the idea of taking the front-foot at work & being rewarded for performing well
