Senior B2B Strategist

Walker and Sloan are once again working closely with an award winning B2Btech marketing agency in London, as they are keen to bring on a Senior B2B Strategist on a full time basis. 3 days hybrid in their amazing offices.

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Strategist and Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic
direction for our client's marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive
marketing strategies that align with client's business objectives, driving growth, and enhancing
visibility in their respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that meet client objectives and
drive measurable results.
? Present strategies to customers and internal teams and ensure a smooth handover from
strategy into execution.
? Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic
decisions.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, SEO, paid media, and
analytics, to ensure strategy alignment and execution excellence.
? Monitor, analyse, and review activity and campaign performance, making data-driven
recommendations for optimisation and future strategy adjustments.
? Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to
continuously improve our strategic offerings.
? Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, reporting, and
strategic advice.
? Lead brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops with clients and internal teams to
uncover new opportunities and innovative approaches.
? Work within known budgets to plan the correct mix and sequence of tactics.

Experience and skills:

? Educated to degree level or equivalent
? 3+ years of B2B Marketing Agency experience across multiple disciplines
? Excellent communication skills & ability to hold a room
? An understanding of Digital Marketing strategy & principles
? Exposure to a variety of Marketing techniques and projects
? All set against a B2B environment
