Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing an audit-focused client portfolio
  • Supervising the preparation of financial statements
  • Participating in client meetings and completing audits efficiently
  • Developing upcoming audit talent and financial portfolio management
  • Engaging in business development and maintaining client relationships
  • Staying updated on technical knowledge and providing solutions


The Person:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in an accountancy practice with an Audit focus
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in project management and multitasking
  • Proactive problem-solving and client development skills
  • Experience in leading group audits and familiarity with audit methodologies


Previous use of CaseWare or Mercia methodologies is desirable.
